Neon Fitness had outgrown their template website. With three locations opening across the city and a growing online coaching program, they needed a site that could handle class bookings, membership sign-ups, and coach profiles — all while feeling as intense as a 6 AM workout.
The mandate was clear: no stock photos of smiling joggers. Real energy, real results, real urgency. We built everything from scratch in 6 weeks — from brand direction through to a fully animated, conversion-optimized site.

Dark-first Design
Every screen starts black. Neon green accents punch through the darkness, creating urgency without feeling harsh. White text is reserved for primary content — everything else lives in the grey spectrum.

Conversion architecture
Every page funnels toward one of three actions: book a class, start a trial, or contact a coach. Sticky CTAs and testimonials are placed at decision points, not scattered randomly.

Motion & performance
GSAP-powered scroll animations give the site kinetic energy. Animations are disabled on low-power devices, images lazy-loaded via Next.js, and the whole site scores 97+ on Lighthouse.

Members browse classes by day, time, coach, or type. Spots update live. One-click booking with account creation baked into the flow.
COACHES
Coach profiles with video
Each coach has a profile with bio, specialties, schedule, and an intro video that auto-plays on scroll. Managed from WordPress.
LOCATIONS
Multi-location support
Three gyms, each with its own schedule, coaches, and pricing. Location detection suggests the nearest gym. All centralized in one WordPress install.
PERFORMANCE
Sub-second loads
Next.js static generation for marketing pages, ISR for schedules. Edge caching via Vercel. Images as WebP/AVIF at exact viewport sizes.
